Hello, all of you fantastic people at Symposium! Just whant to wish you all the best for this season. We have had many unforgetable moments in your restaurant and we are lookong forward to see you again, and to have your fantastic food again..It has to be in 2011, still have some kilos to loose after all the good food in 2009...The good wine we bought, was drunk last Christmas: made -24 feel like +24:-). We visited Platanias for the first time 2210-3010 and tested many restaurants(yours too). Just to find out that when we come back in a year or two, we will ONLY eat at Symposium. WONDERFUL food and great staff!!! |
